Delete your Ludarium account

You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app.

On the web

  1. Sign in at ludarium.gg and open Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and data, read what is removed, then confirm.

In the app

  1. Open Profile → Settings → Account and choose Delete account.

By email

Email sebastian@rework.no with the subject “Ludarium account deletion” from the email address associated with your account (or explain if you use Sign in with Apple’s private relay). We will verify ownership using proportionate information. Never send a password, token or Apple sign-in code.

What is removed

Private synced Library items and sync state; owned-copy and imported history rows; server-side Steam/Xbox connections and encrypted credentials; account and activity sync state; platform friend matching data; social profile, follows, blocks and activity; private Discovery feedback, challenge progress and personal editions; and the Supabase sign-in user. Successful in-app deletion also signs out and clears account-related device caches, PlayStation tokens and the account profile photo.

What can remain

Public game-catalog facts remain. A one-way security digest blocks old access tokens. Backups can retain deleted records until the relevant recovery copies rotate out. Operational logs, support correspondence and independently held purchase or provider records may remain where needed to resolve a security incident, complete a request, recover the service or meet a legal obligation. Retention depends on that purpose; records are removed or anonymised when the purpose ends, subject to applicable law. Other devices may keep offline data until you remove it. Photos and scans stored only on a device can be removed there.

If the app says Auth deletion is pending, your Ludarium private rows have been deleted but the sign-in record still needs completion. Contact support. We do not claim the entire account was deleted in that case.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting an account does not stop billing. Open Manage App Store subscriptions and cancel there. Your Steam, Xbox and PlayStation accounts themselves are never deleted by Ludarium.
