Ludarium support

For help, contact sebastian@rework.no. Include your app version, device model and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, provider tokens or payment-card details.

Web membership

Bought on ludarium.gg? Manage or cancel it in Settings › Membership. For a refund, email sebastian@rework.no.

Library and connections

Try refreshing the relevant screen. Steam, Xbox and PlayStation expose different data and some profiles are private. You can disconnect under Profile → Settings → Connected accounts. Your Library may contain device-only files; deleting the app can remove them.

Purchases

Use Restore purchases on the membership screen to check an existing purchase. To cancel or review renewal, open App Store subscriptions. Apple handles payment and refund requests.

Privacy and deletion

Read our privacy policy or request account deletion. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate.
