Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of Ludarium, operated by Sebastian Oltedal Thorp in Norway. By using Ludarium, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact sebastian@rework.no.
Using Ludarium
Ludarium lets you organise a game collection, record progress and optionally connect gaming accounts. Keep your account secure, use only accounts you are authorised to connect, and respect other players. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, abuse the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
Your content and connected accounts
You keep your rights in notes, photos and other content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the features and sharing choices you request. You must have the rights needed to provide it. This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for limited backup, security or legal retention described in the privacy policy. Imported data depends on each platform’s availability and permissions; it may be incomplete or delayed. Disconnect accounts in the app or revoke provider access. Do not rely on game history as proof of legal ownership.
Subscriptions
Any available subscription price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown by the purchase screen and Apple before confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your App Store settings. Deleting Ludarium or your Ludarium account does not cancel a subscription. Manage it at App Store subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its rules. No trial or paid plan is promised when it is unavailable.
If an eligible introductory offer is available, Apple confirms its length, upfront charge, renewal price and eligibility before purchase. A paid one-month introduction means one calendar month, not a guaranteed 30 days. Introductory offers are subject to Apple’s subscription-group eligibility rules. A free trial becomes a paid subscription if it is not cancelled in time. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid the next renewal, as explained in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Local reminders are optional; do not rely on a reminder to cancel.
Your App Store licence is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Any price or offer shown by Apple for your purchase takes precedence over examples in help or promotional material. For refunds, use Apple’s refund request service; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Buying on the web. Ludarium Premium can also be bought on ludarium.gg. Checkout is run by RevenueCat with Stripe as payment processor; Ludarium never receives your payment-card details. The price, billing period (yearly, monthly or weekly), any free trial and the renewal terms are shown before you pay, in Norwegian kroner with any VAT included. A web subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. A free trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel at any time from Settings › Membership › Manage subscription on ludarium.gg, which opens the Stripe customer portal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Deleting your Ludarium account does not cancel a web subscription. A plan bought on the web unlocks Ludarium Premium in the iOS and Android apps when you sign in with the same Ludarium account; manage it on the web, not in the App Store or Google Play. For refund requests about a web purchase, contact sebastian@rework.no. Until the Ludarium iPhone app launches, a web purchase is fully refunded on request — email sebastian@rework.no. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, are unaffected.
Catalog and external content
Game names, artwork and platform marks belong to their respective owners. Ludarium uses catalog information from providers including IGDB and Steam with attribution. Release dates, deals and other information can change. External links and services have their own terms. Ludarium is not endorsed by the gaming platforms.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Ludarium useful and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete platform data. Device-only files may be lost if you remove the app or lose the device. Keep copies of content that matters to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Closing your account
You can request deletion in the app or through the deletion page. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service or comply with law. We will handle personal data as explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and applicable law
We will explain material service or terms changes where required. Changes do not remove rights already earned or override mandatory law. If a change requires consent, we will request it. You may stop using the service and request account deletion; subscription cancellation is managed separately through Apple. Norwegian law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. These terms do not limit access to applicable consumer complaint bodies or courts.
